Brianna Barrier Engeler is a successful freelance fundraising consultant, writer, and editor. She works in a variety of genres, from Bible studies to marketing copy, from non-fiction to donor appeals, completing more than 500 projects in the last ten years.
Brianna is Senior Writer for KMA Direct Communications, one of the largest fund-raising corporations in the country, with clients like the Heritage Foundation, the United Nations, the George Bush Library, Kay Arthur, and Insight for Living. Brianna was also the founder of The Generosity Group, a full-service fundraising communications firm. With annual client receipts nearing $400 million, she is known for her effectiveness in both ongoing fundraising strategy and capital campaigns.
A sought-after Bible teacher and conference speaker, Brianna teaches on topics from effective church fundraising to biblical exposition. As a pastor’s child, she also brings a wealth of experience and understanding to families in ministry. She often speaks to this difficult issue, and she is currently planning a book about her experiences as a “ministry survivor.”
Brianna is a Magna cum Laude graduate of Baylor University, an active member of Phi Beta Kappa, and she holds an M.A. in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
