Kyle and Cristina Thomas have been missionaries in Pucallpa, Peru since 2005. Both grew up in ministry, Kyle with Torchbearers International in England and Cristina as a missionary kid in Peru. Kyle received his BS in natural history illustration at Blackpool College in England, and Cristina received her BA in elementary education at the University of Arizona in the U.S.
Kyle serves as Regional director for Kids Alive in Pucallpa, as well as assisting Mike Fietje with missionary care for all the Peru missionaries as the assistant field director. Cristina is in charge of hosting teams and interns who come through the Mission TEC Care Center. She is also involved with the AWANA Clubs and helping with Elijah and Abigail's education.
As a family, enjoy sports, fishing, riding motorcycles, and playing board games. Having been a part of Mission TEC for a long time, we feel privileged to see those we discipled 7-9 years ago, now teaching and discipling the kids and youth in our programs. Phil.1:4-6 "I always pray with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you, will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."
Kyle and Cristina also form part of our church community when in the US and are Casas Global workers.
