Jesus' final prayer was that the church might be unified in the same way the Son has unity with the Father. A unified church focuses on God’s priorities, rallies against our only enemy, Satan, and stands strong on one foundation – the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Jesus did not live a conventional life. He chided the religious leaders and ate with tax collectors and sinners. Christ came to do transplants, not cosmetic surgery. This is good news for the sick who want to change. This is bad news for the sick who won't admit it. Christianity is the only club where you have to be unqualified to get in.
