The time when the Book of Judges was written was a dark time in the history of God's people, where they waffled and struggled. But this time was highlighted by brilliant moments of faith from individuals God raised up to rally his people back to Himself. God still used imperfect heroes to lead and to remind them that He cared, He noticed and He didn't give up on us. It's a call for us to be people of faith, shining forth. These Bible characters still stir our faith today.
