Look Forward Not Far
We all go through times when we’re looking ahead, and our future looks uncertain. We want clarity, but instead, God gives us the courage to move forward in faith. It’s in these moments we learn not to be driven by what’s easy but to be pulled forward by purpose. Sermon Highlights  It’s important to always have something to look forward to.  You need a better because. Sometimes, God won’t give you the conclusion, He’ll just give you courage. It’s ok not to know. You don’t need clarity to trust...

I'm Still Scared: Miraculous Faith
God is positioning me. Say, “I’m positioned for a miracle”. And that means that we have to learn how to see in our spirit what we cannot sense. And this is such an important skill that I want to devote my whole sermon to it today. Let me read you this story. You may be familiar with it, maybe not. But just to jump right in the middle of it in 2 kings chapter 6 verse 15, the book says, “When the servant of the man of God got up and went out early the next morning, an army with horses and...

Don't Let Fear Control You
Don’t Let Fear Control You Steven Fur ck The Lord said we're going to deal with the spirit of what if that has been making you an insomniac, that spirit of what if that has been running the show in your imagination. The Lord said we're going to deal with it today in the Word of God. I confess to you that I am a world-class "What-iffer". In the beginning of this ministry, it worked for me to say, "Man, what if we started a church in Charlotte? What if by faith we launched a worship ministry?...

God, Help Me Overcome Doubt!
"I do believe. Help me overcome my unbelief". I'm not asking God to just take it away. I'm asking God "Help me overcome it". My faith is not gone. I just have to learn where to look. Sometimes the greatest faith…I need you to get this…is right underneath that biggest doubt. Sometimes the greatest thing God wants to show you, if you will start lifting and looking and lifting and looking… Do you see what I'm saying? We can't just cover over it. We can't just come to church for a fresh coat of...

Bent Knees Break Chains
Let's give our attention to the Scriptures in Genesis, chapter 50, beginning in verse 14. The verse I've heard the most from Genesis 50 is verse 20. I'm going to read that one, but I want to give you a fresh context around it to help usher the principle in this text into the problem you're facing in your life. I believe it's going to be very, very personal for you today. My friend Rick Beato does a YouTube channel, and he has a thing. He's a guitar player/musician/producer, and he calls it...

No Weapon? God's Got This
Saul and Jonathan: No Weapon? God’s Got This! Steven Furtick. First Samuel 13:16: "Saul and his son Jonathan and the men with them were staying in Gibeah in Benjamin, while the Philistines camped at Mikmash. Raiding parties went out from the Philistine camp in three detachments. One turned toward Ophrah in the vicinity of Shual, another toward Beth Horon, and the third toward the borderland overlooking the Valley of Zeboyim facing the wilderness. Not a blacksmith could be found in the whole...

The Power of a Better Question
Abba, we love you today, and we worship and adore you. We're not angels, but we want to gather around your throne like they do and give you praise, and we want to sing what they sing. We want to say, "Worthy, worthy, worthy is the Lamb to open the scroll". We thank you, Lord, that all of history is in your hands. We thank you that everything in the past that has happened is now being brought into perfect alignment with the future you have prophesied over us in this moment. We say that because...

A Spontaneous Savior
A Spontaneous Savior Steven Furtick https://youtu.be/DmrjYZfF7q4 Acts 1:4-8, Genesis 12:1-4, Mark 5:24-30, Psalm 121:1 How great is this? Just to have another opportunity. We don't take it for granted the opportunity to worship God, to give him glory and to receive from him. Come on somebody say right there in the chat, "I'm here for it". Whatever you want to do Lord, I'm here for it. I'm here for it. You just fill in the blank. I'm here for healing. I'm here for restoration. I'm here for...

Don't Let Negative Become Your New Normal
DON’T LET NEGATIVE BECOME YOUR NEW NORMAL STEVEN FURTICK God is saying, "You know what? I'm taking you through something uncertain right now. I'm taking you through something right now that you've never seen before, but just because you've never seen it before doesn't mean it's not normal". Just because I have never known it doesn't mean it's not normal. "You mean it can be normal for me to have a heart that is at peace"? Yes! Yes! That's how it's supposed to be. You are supposed to have...
