Where is History Heading?
And today, I want to begin with a question. How different would the world be or how different would your world be if you knew the future? We saw in Back to the Future, it really did impact to know if you go back, then you can go forward differently. And it didn’t always work out very well, right? Because then you ended up like why is my mom married to Biff? That didn’t work out so well. But the reality is that knowing the future of course, would the obvious answer is it would change what you...

What Satan Fears Most
You see, the gospel is not about bad people becoming good. It’s about dead people coming to life. And only through the blood of Jesus and his resurrection can we come to life. And if you’re lost today, if you’re hurting today, there’s life in Jesus’ name for you. There is an answer to the ache within, to that loneliness you feel, even in the middle of a crowded room, that nagging sense of meaning and purpose that you lie in bed aware of, acutely aware of, but that shouldn’t make sense if...

What Satan Fears Most
Pastor Levi Lusko shares how we can get to know God’s plan for us by understanding the things that Satan hates and fears. By keeping our attention on Christ and worshipping Him, even in moments of uncertainty, we will tap into a radical generosity that mirrors the amazing life we’ve been given through Jesus. You see, the gospel is not about bad people becoming good. It’s about dead people coming to life. And only through the blood of Jesus and his resurrection can we come to life. And if...

Addressing Self-Sabotaging Tendencies
How God sees you. God never calls you to earn his love. He gives you lavishly his love. And then in telling you who you are in Christ, he calls you to live at the level of what you are. He literally says, because you’re the righteousness of God in Jesus, you’re better than that. What are you doing going back to the gutter? What are you doing going back to the pig trough? What are you doing going back to a broken system? You’re better than that. Jennie, you got to control the horse. Sorry....

A Christmas State of Mind
December 10, 2022 We are going to be in Philippians chapter 2 today, as we talk about this great story, the Christmas story. You know, normally you think about Matthew. You think about Luke. And we will reference a few of those details that we get in those passages. But Philippians has been called the most powerful telling of the Christmas story. And you might not have even realized it was there. But it's truly what we celebrate at Christmas from the mouth of the Apostle Paul. I'm calling...

Prepare Your Children to Spread Their Wings
Psalm 128 is where we are if you're just coming in now. We are in a series of messages, or really, one message broken up into multiple weeks, which is how we generally approach things around here, which is why it's so awesome to come back, and then to come back again, and then to keep on coming back. And we're digging into Psalm 128, a passage of scripture we encouraged you to memorize. Did anybody memorize Psalm 128, anybody here? How about... OK, come on up here. Let's hear you say. Come on...

Honest to God
But if you have a copy of the scriptures, we're going to be in James chapter 5 this week, the last chapter of the Book of James. And he brings up the subject of prayer. He kind of ends as he began. He began by talking about prayer, and he ends the same way. And we're going to look at some verses that powerfully help us have a picture in mind as we use this gift that God's given to us called prayer. He says in chapter 5, verse 13, and I'm calling this message, "Honest to God", "Honest to God"....

The Danger of Living with Dreams
The Danger of Living with Dreams LEVI LUSKO If you have a copy of the scriptures, we are going to start out in the book of Acts, chapter 2. I want to read to you a few verses from the day the church was born. Some of you are familiar with this text, and I hope by the end of our time together all of you will be invigorated by it. I'm going to read it to you out of the King James version. I know. It is getting for real up in here. But there is a few phrases I just love in King James. And so, if...
