About

Tom Lutz, who heads his own consulting business, Lutz Group International, is recognized by business and church leaders around the world for his ability to successfully merge future vision with today's reality.  His insights help people thrive on change rather than fear new directions. All of these endeavors are driven by Tom’s desire to honor and lift up the Lord Jesus Christ to everyone he encounters.  Together with his wife, Cheke, they have served as interim pastor in South Dakota, New York City, and Minnesota.  They have two living children, Tom, Jr. (Minneapolis) and Heather (Portland, OR) who have blessed them with nine grandchildren.

Tom has currently shifted his ministry to help churches focus on making God’s unchanging scriptures relevant to our changing culture. He is especially focused on helping church leaders deal with the management issues of the church in a way that is consistent with the scriptures and helps pastors stay true to their calling.  Because of their love for pastors, he and his wife, Cheke, minister to church leaders and their wives throughout the U.S.

Tom is the author of Navigating Your Change Mazes, a highly successful book that moves people from cope to hope as they face changes in their lives. He has developed and delivered video journals on business integration and management. Tom holds a B.S. degree in mathematics and an M.S. in operations research and industrial engineering.
