The Preach it, Teach It team has worked hard to provide you with free quality resources that will encourage you in your spiritual journey and your ministry. We offer you hundreds of sermon resources and weekly companion devotionals to use for your personal time with God or with your small group.

Pastor to Pastor podcasts are short discussions on issues pastors and missionaries face. Our podcasts feature pastors, worship leaders, psychologists, and businessmen who offer insight to those who faithfully serve God in the field.

But you don't have to be a pastor or church leader to enjoy our site.

PreachitTeachit is also about conversation. We want to dialogue with you when you subscribe  and comment on our weekly blog, or when you send a Bible question to "Ask Roger?" Remember, our desire is to connect with you.

How to Use Preach It, Teach It

Preach It, Teach It is designed to be used by a variety of people with a variety of needs. Therefore, it will be used differently by different folks. But here are some ideas to get you started.

Subscribe to these features and you can have the wisdom of our contributors delivered automatically to your inbox or news reader.

Pastors and Teachers: You will find the Messages and Sermon Support area helpful as you prepare sermons and lessons. See how others have approached the subject or passage you are working with.

Those Seeking to Grow Spiritually: You will find resources to deepen your walk with the Lord in Messages & Sermon Support, Devotionals and in Ask Roger.

Rooted in the Reality of Christ

In my own admittedly limited experience, I’ve found that one of the most important aspects in my walk with God is keeping my mind grounded in the truth of Christ. When I neglect to spend time with Him or begin to place my energy and focus elsewhere, I slowly begin to believe things about God, myself, and others that are not true. For whatever reason, I very easily forget the reality of God’s grace, where I stand in light of that grace, and the calling on my life to love those around me.

Perhaps this is partly due to the fact that God’s grace and its implications are completely counterintuitive truths – seemingly too good to be true, especially as I continue to struggle with sin. Nevertheless, the truth of His love endures, shining through our imperfections and shortcomings. In order to grow, we must be relentless in our fight against the father of all lies (Jn 8:44), while continually desiring a deeper knowledge of our Savior.
